Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Rug
Carefully roll the rug with the pile facing inward and wrap it securely in the original protective plastic or heavy-duty shipping wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team over the original packaging, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
